If needed or requested, progress shots will be sent. The work-in-progress images will usually include a watermark

The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons.

Once the piece is finished/fully paid, the artwork would be sent in its full resolution, without watermark

I have the right to turn down your commissions for any reasons.

I have the right to post or use the finished artwork on my social media account or portfolios unless the client specifically asked not to.

I have the right to cancel any commissions that violates the terms of service or copyright laws.

I will retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork

I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will never use your information or name beyond the payment forms between us, and I will never use it against you unless there is an issue with it or mention it to anyone without your express permission.

You may use your commission for personal use only, unless discussed prior. If you plan to use my work for commercial use, you must let me know ahead of time so we can discuss potential additional payments.

You should not claim the commission as your own.

You should not alter the artwork unless permission from me, the artist, is given.

You may post the work on your social media accounts, so long as CREDITS are added.

You sshould not use the commission for any NFT, crypto-related nor AI purposes.

You automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item.

Currency accepted only in USD and Php which can be paid via PayPal invoice, Ko-fi or Gcash

The prices presented are the base prices

Commissions is paid at two parts. The first half price before starting the sketch and the second half upon the commission completion.

If commission is through Kofi, then the commission is paid at full for colored and lineart. Partial if it is rendered.

You may have 2 major revision for the sketch and another major revision during the proceeding process. any more means additional payment

To keep the previous unrevised, client must pay atleast 30% or more depending on the size of revision

The commission is non-refundable when fully paid.

Refunds are only given when I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.

Refunds may be requested, where 80% is given back only if I had started with less than 50% of the lineart of your commissioned piece.

Once paid in full amount, the full finished commission will be sent

By coming to me for a commission, please be aware I will be working my own style/influence into the piece. Please also note that I will try to keep original character's base colors, but lighting, effects, style, and environment will affect the final colors.

When sending me your references, feel free to include anything from art of the character, pose/expression references, mood boards, etc.

I am and still on the pursuit of my passion in arts, hence I continually study and practice making illustrations to achieve a high quality skill set
